Meet the Founder and CEO of The Utmost Host, Stacy Parkelj!
Stacy is a 10X Airbnb Superhost, owner of 2 STR properties, co-host of 30+ STR properties, and a member of the Vacation Rental Management Association. She is a certified professional business coach, specializing in coaching owners to blend automation with personal touch, a skill she honed during a decade-long successful franchise ownership. Stacy has managed vacation rental properties since 2006, optimizing processes through automation. An epiphany led to the creation of The Utmost Host, merging her coaching prowess and vacation rental expertise to assist short-term rental owners in streamlining their operations, tackling initial hurdles, and mastering self-management while preserving the human touch.
